How Long Will My Order Take to Ship?

Tracking information is typically generated within one business day of your order being placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier delivery details. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days.

Free Shipping

JRKY offers free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below that threshold, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders are shipped via standard carriers such as USPS. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

My Order Has Already Shipped, Can I Still Cancel or Return It?

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, unopened and unaltered products may be eligible for return in accordance with our return policy guidelines. To initiate a return on a shipped order, contact us at info@eatjrky.com and our team will assist you from there.

JRKY is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

My Order Has Already Shipped, Can I Still Apply a Discount Code?

In most cases, yes. If the discount code has not been previously used on any of your orders and your order was placed within the last few days, we will do our best to apply it. Reach out to us at info@eatjrky.com with the discount code you'd like applied and our team will review your request and respond promptly.

Discount code adjustments are not guaranteed and are applied at JRKY's sole discretion.

Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Please enter your full P.O. box address at checkout to ensure accurate delivery.

There Was a Problem With My Order,  How Do I Contact You?

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, JRKY only ships within the United States. Due to USDA regulations governing meat and food products, international shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand our shipping reach in the future and appreciate your interest.

This policy applies to Canada and all other international destinations until further notice.

Shipping Delays

We sincerely apologize if your order is taking longer than expected to arrive. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Please contact us at info@eatjrky.com with your order number and we will do everything we can to resolve the situation promptly.

JRKY is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers. Once an order has been handed off to a carrier, delivery timelines are subject to that carrier's terms and conditions.
