At JRKY, we stand behind our products and quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a JRKY product purchased directly from JRKY or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we will send you a replacement product, offer you an exchange for another product, or provide a refund if purchased through eatjrky.com, within 45 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@eatjrky.com with the following information: your full name, order number, mailing address, and reason for the return. If the issue involves a manufacturing defect, we require photos of the damaged or defective product before processing your request.
